2 Days Taxila ruins and Heritage Trail Journey Peshawar Tour
Day 1:
We will pick you up from the Hotel/Home, ready for the Historical journey from Islamabad to Peshawar via Grand Trunk road, in beginning visit a monument built in 1868 in honor of Brigadier-General John Nicholson Nicholson’s Memorial, the museum is home to a significant and comprehensive collection of Gandharan art Taxila Museum, great stupa of Taxila was built in 3rd century BC Dharmarajika Stupa And Monastery, the major city of Taxila in the 2nd BC Sirkap and Buddhist monastic center in 2nd century CE Jaulia. lunch at Restaurant to taste local food, continue journey to Peshawar, overnight at Shelton Rezidor Peshawar.
Day 2:
After breakfast, starting with the oldest museum of Pakistan started in 1907, consists of British, Hindu, Buddhist, and Mughal Islamic styles. Peshawar Museum, Caravanserai, an archaeological site was built in the Mughals Era by Jahan Ara Begum in 1641 Gor Khatri, walk in Heritage Trail (old city area) visit Sethi house, Ghanta Ghar, Yadgar Chowk, Qisa khwani Bazar, Gold Market, 17th Century Mosque built by Mughal Empire Shah Jahan Wazir Khan Mosque, old city area, Lunch at Local restaurant and monument situated at the entrance of the Khyber Pass Khyber Gate, return back to Islamabad. End of Tour.
